This build has all characters in and locations as well as all in game mechanics including the killer super attacks that is bloody EX defeat and Fatal execution 

It also includes game balancing and bug fixes as well as increase in speed to 70fps for slow running machines

Command lists have been updated certain characters moves have being adjusted to make fights fair 

The combo system is very flexible almost all attacks connect better than before

Plus the background or locations have all been redone and redesigned to full time vector
